Every exhibitor at Contracting & Outsourcing 2009 is entitled to a 50-word description of its services in the print edition of our Exhibitor Directory! Please e-mail the 50-word text to kbrooks@rodpub.com, if you're a confirmed exhibitor. 

Exhibit Schedule


The Tabletop Exhibition will be held one day only: September 24, 2009.

Exhibit Hall hours: 10 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

Setup times and early registration: Sept. 23, 7:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. & Sept. 24, 8:00 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. 

Exhibitor reception: Sept. 23, 8:00 p.m. -  9:00 p.m.

Break down: follows afternoon break at 3:45 p.m.

Exhibitor registration reserves a 2x6 foot tabletop and includes 2 complimentary full meeting registrations. Electricity is included. Breakfast, lunch and the reception are also included with your registration. Additional booth personnel is $150 per registration. (limit two extra booth personnel per exhibitor)

Table numbers will be assigned by the publishers in August.
A confirmation packet with all of the conference details, including table number, will be mailed mid-August to the address on your registration record.
Badges are to be picked up at the registration desk at the conference.
