Azelis, a service provider in the specialty chemicals and food ingredients industry, has been appointed exclusive distributor for Evonik’s EUDRAGIT functional polymers in Malaysia and Singapore, effective April 1, 2025.

This partnership strengthens the longstanding relationship between Azelis and Evonik across several market segments around the globe, and within the pharmaceutical industry in the region.

EUDRAGIT functional polymers offer a range of solutions designed for advanced controlled drug delivery in oral solid dosage forms. These polymers enhance the solubility, permeability, and protection of active ingredients throughout the gastrointestinal tract, enabling targeted drug release. 

This expanded partnership helps Evonik streamline its distribution model in the Asia Pacific region. Evonik chose Azelis for its proven track record in India.
