BioMatrix SpRx, a company offering specialty pharmacy services and digital health technology solutions for a range of chronic health conditions, has acquired Elwyn Pharmacy Group.

The acquisition further unites leaders in the pharmacy industry and is helping to bring their specialties together. For BioMatrix, that is providing services for hemophilia and bleeding disorders, transplant therapy, IVIg and specialty care, and digital health technology. For Elwyn Pharmacy Group, it is providing medications and supportive services for patients living with hard-to-treat diseases.

As a result of this transaction, BioMatrix’s national footprint increases to 11 pharmacy locations nationwide, in key metropolitan locations. Elwyn is just the latest to join the rapidly growing family of companies that comprise BioMatrix, which include Matrix Health Group, Factor Support Network, Medex BioCare, and BiologicTx.
