Clinical Site Services (CSS) has changed its name to CSSi, reflecting the company’s evolution from its origins in site performance management to global patient recruitment.

CSSi provides a portfolio patient recruitment and retention programs from study start-up planning to global media buying using its technologies to manage recruitment. Local Enrollment Specialists (LES) are one of the key drivers for global programs and operate in more than 40 countries around the world. These specialists are experienced in patient recruitment, have knowledge of local ethics committees and regulatory bodies, and speak the local language of the sites they support.

“Sponsors and CROs have already found enormous success in partnering with us because of our global presence, working on large and complex protocols to increase performance and screenings at the site level,” said Chris Trizna, president. “It makes sense for us to adopt a global image as part of our company name. This rebranding of CSSi is a logical step in the growth of our company and gives us an umbrella under which we can continue to expand our products, services, and client relationships during this exciting time of growth and development. CSSi is significantly more than a patient recruitment and site performance company, we are truly a full-service, global patient enrollment solutions provider and our name change represents an important step to better communicate our value to the clinical trial community.”
