Coriolis Pharma, a globally operating service provider and specialized in formulation research and development of (bio)pharmaceuticals, has appointed Silvia Steyrer-Gruber as Chief Executive Officer.
 
Silvia brings international leadership experience. Previously she served as Managing Director Europe at Exeltis (part of the Insud Pharma Group), she was responsible for the European branded pharmaceutical business of the family-owned Spanish Multinational Healthcare Group. Prior to that, Silvia served at Baxter, Kwizda Pharma and Serono in senior roles, and gained more than 25 years of experience in Biotech, Vaccine and Pharmaceutical companies.
 
Dr. Michael Wiggenhorn and Thomas Wiggenhorn co-founded Coriolis Pharma in 2008 to develop a leading specialty service provider in the area of formulation innovation and have grown the company to its current position. Michael and Thomas will now step up to the Board of Directors, also focusing on strategic projects for the further growth of Coriolis Pharma.
