Dow Development Laboratories (DDL) is expanding their Petaluma, CA facility by 11,053 square feet. This addition doubles their total facility footprint to 22,698 square feet.

DDL is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in topical products. They opened their Petaluma facilities in 2014.

“Recent business success in product development has propelled us to outgrow the initial space and provided the rationale for our expansion,” said Debra Dow, president, DDL. “DDL specializes in the development of topical products such as creams, gels, solutions and ointments, most often for use in dermatology medical indications such as acne, psoriasis, and atopic dermatitis, as well as in ophthalmology, topical pain, women’s health and anti-infective therapy.”

DDL provides contract product development services to the pharmaceutical and biotech industry. Its clients range from start-ups to large multi-national companies.
