Formulated Solutions, a Florida-based contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) specializing in branded Rx, OTC, and medical device self directed consumer healthcare, has completed the installation and qualification of its new high speed metered dose nasal production suite at its global production headquarters in Largo, FL.
                                                    
The 9,000 square foot installation will support their current and future pharmaceutical marketing partners in the high-speed production of metered-dose nasal spray applications. This dedicated, captive production suite leverages fully automated component sorting, filling, labeling, ELV, and OCR to produce high quality single and multipack selling units at rates reaching 200 units per minute.
