Kadans Science Partner has secured planning permission from the London Borough of Islington, for a new, purpose-built laboratory and office building in London’s Knowledge Quarter, King’s Cross. The new development has been designed with a specialist team and the Kadans Science Partner inhouse development team.

The investment represents the physical implementation of Kadans’ long-term model to bolster both specialist facilities and its presence in the Tileyard Quarter within the London Knowledge Quarter.

The 51,500 sq.-ft. building will bring Kadans’ R&D knowledge in design, development, delivery, and operations to the cluster.

According to the company, the new scheme will deliver robust lab infrastructure, empowering an ecosystem for further innovation.
