Tricia A. Bland has been appointed executive director, Strategic Projects at Pharm-Olam International Ltd.
 
Ms. Bland has more than 20 years of experience in the clinical research industry, leading and implementing global development strategies and managing global teams. Ms. Bland will provide executive-level leadership to staff and sponsors, strategic relationship management, and implementation of process improvement programs aimed at increasing efficiencies and improving data quality. She will be based at Pharm-Olam’s Research Triangle Park, NC office.
 
Prior to joining the company, Ms. Bland held management roles including vice president of corporate development and vice president of proposals and contracts at several CROs.
