Steriline, a company specialized in the production of complete lines for the aseptic processing of injectable and ophthalmic products for pharmaceutical companies, has appointed Paolo Pozzi as Chief Service Officer (CSeO), with the aim of leading and increasing the After Sales area, and delivering a highly efficient and quality service to customers.

Paolo Pozzi, a professional in the field of packaging systems, has more than twenty years of experience. After serving as R&D manager for new materials and processes, in 2005 he moved to Customer Services and has been managing teams in the paper production sector, then in pharmaceutical packaging at major multinational companies. His focus is on both operational and corporate culture aspects, obtaining significant improvements in terms of reactivity and proactivity of the after-sales service.
