ChargePoint Technology, the powder transfer specialist, has acquired Terracon Corporation, a leader in the design, development, and manufacture of single-use products and accessories for mixing, transferring, and storing liquids and fluids in the biopharma and life science markets. 
 
This acquisition will further support the customers of ChargePoint Technology and Terracon collectively, through a range of collaborative solutions provided by the specialists in powder, liquid and fluid transfer equipment for the pharma and biopharma industries.
 
Founded in 1976, Terracon has developed engineering expertise and workflow knowledge that produce innovative customer solutions with fast lead times. Terracon combines design and engineering know-how with ISO 9001-certified manufacturing to create liquid mixing, transfer, and storage products that solve customers’ application-specific problems and enhance productivity.
