Myonex Acquires Creapharm’s Pharmaceutical Services Business

Expands its services and enhances its capabilities for clients.

Myonex has completed the previously announced acquisition of Creapharm’s pharmaceutical services business.
 
This transaction combines capabilities and flexibility to serve pharmaceutical and biotech companies in both clinical and commercial stages, including companies managing Advanced Therapies. Creapharm’s clinical packaging and distribution services, commercial packaging operations and bioservices will now be known as Creapharm, a Myonex company.

Together, we are poised to meet the dynamic needs of our clients with agility, flexibility, and reliability,” stated James Lovett, CEO of Myonex.
 
Additionally, Myonex welcomed Eric Placet, the founder and former CEO of CREAPHARM, to the Myonex Board of Directors, and Carla Da Costa has been named as the company’s Chief Operating Officer.
