Full Service Serialization
Each of Reed-Lane’s secondary packaging options can incorporate serialization from the unit level through full pallet aggregation for maximum track-and-trace capability.

Multiple Filling Options
Our secondary packaging capabilities include:

  • Labeling
  • Cartoning (seal end or tuck end cartons)
  • Blister card packaging
  • Heat seal / wallet cards
  • Hand packaging
  • Shrink-wrapping / bundling
  • Labeling and cartoning of vials or ampules
  • Kitting of finished products
Cold Chain Storage
Reed-Lane can also package products requiring cold chain services. Once the products arrive at our facility, they will be transferred to our cold storage refrigeration unit which is maintained at 2°-8°C. All cold chain packaging will be performed in a dedicated climate controlled suite located next to the cold storage unit. The line is equipped to label vials and ampules, pack products into a carton, assemble kits, and much more.
